The hotel is very well located and within walking distance to many sites. The buffet breakfast that was included in the price of the room was excellent with plenty of choice for a great start to the day.

Lovely room. But rest of the hotel such a let down As a solo traveller, really disappointed as no room service, just a small coffee shop/cafe/bar, breakfast whilst a good choice, just a glorified buffet, nothing freshly cooked . Good gym Poor substitute to equivalent Park Plaza, Hilton’s - these offered way better facilities and value for money

Our stay at the Cleveland went very smoothly. The staff were friendly and efficient, and very kindly contacted me after checkout to let me know I had left something behind. I wouldn't hesitate about staying there again. All in all a great experience
