The ground floor features a living room with underfloor heating, TV, dining table, seating area, and table football. The open kitchen includes a stove, electric kettle, oven, combination microwave, dishwasher, and fridge-freezer. Two ground-floor bedrooms each have two single box beds and their own shower facilities; one also has a washbasin, while the other includes an accessible toilet. Upstairs, two more bedrooms each contain two single box beds. A larger fifth bedroom has six single box beds, two single folding beds, and two bunk beds. Two additional shower rooms and several separate toilets serve the accommodation.

Outside, the garden offers space to gather, with a barbecue and outdoor fireplace for relaxed meals and evenings together. Private parking adds convenience for groups arriving by car, while the broad countryside setting invites guests to slow down and enjoy the open views.

The historic village of Oudewater is nearby, with characteristic streets, terraces, and restaurants to explore.
