"Could not be happier. 3 week stay. Needed a break from new home construction. Townhouse was spotless and I left it that way. For years I have stayed at the north end of topsail island between personal house constructions. Hobby since retirement from Duke. This was the nicest and cleanest rental. Very nicely decorated and as the ad said kitchen was stocked. Used the crock pot three times. Typically have always used local realtor but thought I’d try VRBO. Communication with host was excellent....

"Smelled of animal urine. The condo seemed old and also smelled musty. It was up three flights of stairs. The beach was half covered with two rows of huge sand bags. We informed the rental manager the condo was unacceptable and that we would not be staying there. We got a hotel room instead. We asked for a refund but ended up contacting our credit card company instead."

"Lori is a great host! The kitchen is well stocked with everything you can think of, very clean, plenty of adult and children's games, comfortable furniture on the multiple decks and of course the view of the ocean. It was very relaxing 3 Thank you! "

"Came down for a fishing trip and stay here. After all day on the water it was nice to relax at this place. Right on the water and could hear the crashing of the waves. We would stay again. "

"The cabin was spotlessly clean. Much better than staying at a hotel. We were in town for our Marine's graduation. We could all sit in the screened in porch or living room and relax and chat. The views from the dock were nice and you always saw something interesting. Lots of restaurants ten minutes away. There were four of us plus our Marine who lived five minutes away. We enjoyed our stay."

"Everything was exactly the way it was described and pictures were on point. The house was so clean and smelt fresh. Beds were comfortable and all the living room was as well. Perfect location to the marina to put our boat in. And only 10 minutes from a grocery store and restaurants. The host answered any questions we had in a fast manner. No issues checking in. I highly recommend staying! We will definitely be back. "
