Great Spot with amazing views right on the ocean

We were amazed at the views and sounds from being so close to the ocean! The large sandbags prevented us from entering the beach/ocean during high tide but that wasn’t ha huge deal. Beautiful place!

Relaxing Weekend

We had such a nice weekend staying here. The location is perfect and quiet. The balcony makes you feel like you are practically sitting in the sand. Everything we needed was there and when we had questions- they answered them quickly. We will definitely stay again.

Get away weekend

Just the right place for a long weekend away from work. Nicely decorated and a great view from the balcony. New tempurpedic mattress was fantastic, didn't want to get up and enjoy the beach.

My favorite getaway!

This is my second stay. If there is ever help needed with anything, Pam is quick to respond and take care of things. It's clean, plenty of towels, fully equipped kitchen and the view is awesome, right on the beach! I'll be back next year!

We loved the views and had an amazing time! Everything was so clean and nicely decorated. Had a slight issue at first with lock and the Host got back with us asap! She’s great to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again! Wish it never ended.

Wonderful!

A wonderful place to relax and enjoy the beach. Everything I needed was there - I was able to get some groceries and not have to leave the complex once I arrived. This is a perfect place for someone wanting a true beach vacation - vast ocean view from the balcony and just a quick trip downstairs to be on the beach. And if it's bad weather you can still see the ocean from the living room/kitchen area! 100% would stay here again and recommend to others!

Wonderful Getaway

My wife and I stayed for 3 nights in this oceanfront property. This property is perfect for couples that enjoy spending time together. The condo had all the essentials and the interior is modernized and very comfortable. Recommend grabbing some groceries to cook in a night or two as the only minor inconvenience is the 15 min to the nearest grocery store. If you stock up for your trip so you don't have to leave, this place is perfect!

This is the best rental experience I have had. The rental is clean, inviting, comfy, and meeting every need anyone could ever have The hostess, Pam, is so friendly, helpful, quick to respond and just overall accommodating. Great Get Away

We really enjoyed our weekend get away. The unit is prefect for a couple, nicely furnished (everything is new) and better supplied than most rentals. Pam was very accessible and responsive throughout. For newcomers to Topsail, its a beautiful island not as packed as many other beaches with access to excellent fresh seafood. It has experienced beach erosion over the years storms but there is plenty of beach for a day in the sun or surf fishing. We would definitely rent this unit again.

Great view and good location

Very nice location, beachfront and a great view of ocean. The unit is clean. The bedroom doesn’t have air conditioning so it can be hot on some day. Also, the dining table needs to be updated. Chairs are rusted and the table top is peeling. Overall, it was nice stay.

Relaxing

Spent a long weekend here and it was very relaxing. The condo is perfect for 2 people, the bed was comfy and so was the couch. The kitchen is well equipped although I couldn't find a corkscrew. There are nice, large flat screen TV's in the living room and bedroom. This place is ON the beach and there are beach chairs available we used to relax and stick our toes in the sand. The balcony is nice and comfortable as well. Great host - 5 stars!

We stayed June 29-July 3.. Perfect stay. The condo was clean, the space was just right. Pam was quick with the reply to my messages .! They are about 30 steps but it’s easy going up. Not alot of people on the beach and around the condos but the ones who were around was beyond nice. Family friendly place. Already planning our 2023 trip back .! 10 out of 10.

The condo was extremely clean and exactly as the pictures portrayed in description. The owners were wonderful to work with. Condo was stocked with any thing you could need and perfect for 2 people. The view from the condo was amazing . We had concerns when we had read other reviews about high tide and no beach area. You Can't Beach This Place!!

Let me start out by saying how amazingly spectacular Pam is as a rental manager! Pam was quick to respond to any message sent her way, no matter the hour! She truly cares about her renters and makes you feel like part of the family! My boyfriend and I stayed at the condo for 3 nights and found it to be our new safe haven! You immediately feel right at home as soon as you walk through the front door. The condo was incredibly clean and had every amenity you could possibly need! You don't want to skip out on this experience to stay at Pam's place! Also, if you are coffee fanatics like we are, hit up the Coffee Haven on the main land! You won't regret it!

Perfect for me!

I was looking for a smaller place for just me to have some time away after a busy work summer. Pam’s place was perfect! Communication up to, through and after my trip was a breeze. I thought the bed reviews were exaggerated until I slept on this one-now I want my own. The condo was clean and stocked with all the basics so you don’t have to schelp a bunch of extra stuff which is great for me since I fly in. We had a tinsy issue with the parking pass being taken by the last guest, but that was out of Pam’s control, as is the beach erosion that others mention. I found a simple tide tracker and was able to plan my beach time accordingly. Being on the third floor is no joke but I need the exercise. NTB is a little isolated as far as restaurants and whatnot but that’s exactly what I was looking for. My ONLY suggestion would be for some new/higher balcony chairs to better enjoy the view but that’s being pretty knit-picky. I left rested and rejuvenated. 10/10! I’m already pondering dates for next year!

Lovely!

Pam’s beach condo was a breath of fresh air. It was beautifully decorated as advertised, completely functional and stocked for a relaxing beach trip. I was grateful for the purified water for coffee and all of the extra amenities- netflix, large TVs, comfy couches Etc. We took a mini vacay, (babymoon) and enjoyed the accommodations and beautiful ocean views for our long weekend stay. Pam also got us a baby gift for our baby coming in October ❤️Thank you! It’s a quiet, lovely spot to visit in North Topsail. Highly recommend!
