By Car
A personal vehicle is the easiest way to explore North Topsail Beach, Surf City and the surrounding Topsail Island area. St. Regis Resort is located on New River Inlet Road at the quieter northern end of the island.

Parking
Two parking spaces are available for your stay. Parking passes are required and should be displayed as directed.

Getting Around
Once you arrive, you may find yourself staying put! The beach, pools, dining and several resort amenities are all conveniently located on-site. A short drive will take you to additional restaurants, shops, grocery stores and attractions throughout North Topsail Beach, Surf City and Topsail Beach.

During the busy summer season, allow extra travel time when driving around Topsail Island, particularly on weekends and holidays.

Primary guest must be 25+ years old. If you are under 25, please message us before booking so we can review your request. Only registered guests are permitted in the home.

This property has a No Pet Policy. Pets are strictly prohibited; a fine will be imposed for any unauthorized pets, plus immediate removal.

Parking: Two on-site parking spaces are available for registered guests; towing is strictly enforced. Parking passes are required and should be displayed as directed.

Self Check-In: Your smart lock personalized code will be sent via text approximately 12 hours before check-in.

Starter Supplies: You'll receive a start-up kit with basic essentials: toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dishwasher tabs, and trash bags. If staying longer than 1 night, please plan to restock.

For stays longer than 21 nights, please message us through the booking platform. Extended stays require a guest-paid mid-stay cleaning.

Please leave the home in good condition to avoid any extra cleaning or damage charges.
