Quiet place and good ocean view

Good quiet place for couples. Great to sit on balcony and view the ocean. Good end to be on for walking or jogging with little traffic. Nice easy walk to the point, inlet area.

Amazing little get away

Had a great time on a solo visit to Topsail. Made many trips there . The property perfect ! Every convenience one needs and perfect view ! Will return!Communication above and beyond!

Excellent location to get away

This condo was just right for two people. It is located near the north end of the island, with sparsely populated beaches and beautiful views. Check-In/Check-Out was so easy (contactless) that it was if it were our place. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The sound of the ocean is relaxing. Pernell is a great host and is very responsive. I will stay here again!

no dishwasher - who wants to do dishes on holiday? no garbage disposal - ewww The property is literally falling into the ocean. good parking. quiet area. secluded beach. very, very small condo for the price, i could have had a bigger place; not worth the price. too cramped.

Nice affordable beach holiday

The apartment is very nice, clean, modern, and comfortable. The kitchen is adequately equipped, although we hardly cooked. The bedroom is small and poorly lighted, but the bed was very comfortable. My biggest disappointment, and this is minor, is that the wifi was really slow, barely faster than dial-up. The view is everything it was advertised to be, right on the beach. In fact, at high tide there is no beach. It was great to turn off the AC, open the patio door, and just listen to the waves.

I have stayed at this property many times. I absolutely love it. It feels like a home away from home. It's far enough away from everything but close enough to where you can go out and about if you so desire. Even when the weather is not so nice, having the balcony to be able to still enjoy the ocean view is wonderful.

Ocean front, but not beach front

The condo was clean, quiet, and overall as pictured. Check-in and check-out was seamless. Air conditioning (two window units) works well in the small space, a must for this area. Not described in any part of the listing - and in fact deliberately and cleverly hidden from pictures - was the fact that this condominium is probably years from falling victim to North Topsail's continuing erosion. But unlike all the other properties, the condominium itself is much closer to the ocean than any other property. The immediate view down from the balcony was not a sandy beach... it was piles of heavy sandbags fighting off this unfortunate phenomenon. This also means you can only access the beach from the condominium during absolute low tide. Most hours you need to walk up the street about a block for the public beach access. This absolutely did not ruin our trip, but I find it incredibly dishonest on part of the lister. I went back to the listing and you can just barely catch a hint of the sandbags in the corner of some shots. It would only be noticeable if you already know what to look for, which we did not when making our reservation. The listing's photos used common realtor tricks to conveniently hide this issue. Overall it was a nice stay. Just be advised that it is absolutely not beach front in the way you'd expect. Unless you like to swim.

This is a wonderful place for a quiet and relaxing getaway! The condo was clean and comfortable. Relaxing on an ocean front balcony was awesome as well! We will definitely be visiting this location again in the future!

Cozy little place for family get away

Girls getaway

I have stayed here many times and it just keeps getting better and better with each visit. I love that they have added more Beach to that end of the island and the remodel of the condo is fantastic. I have always loved staying here myself but have recently enjoyed being able to introduce it to my friends. They all love it as well. Thanks again for sharing your piece of paradise

Beautiful Beach Location/ Loud AC

Nice small condo with some recent remodeling. Great location and wonderful beach! The AC units are old window units that are EXTREMELY loud and smell musty. Had to turn off the one in living room to talk and hear TV. The bedroom unit is right next to the bed and so loud we had to wear ear plugs at night. Still heard the AC. For this reason, I would not stay here again. Be advised there is no elevator. The unit is on the 3rd floor so be prepared to carry luggage. Bring your own chairs for use on the beach (Food Lion was the cheapest if you are buying locally). Tiki bar down the street is a great local hangout.
