Beautiful View

My husband stayed here for a weekend to attend a wedding on the beach. The wedding was suppose to be on the beach; however, the tides were high and very windy. There was an immediate alternative put in place for the wedding to be inside. The resort staff was awesome, the wedding was gorgeous and this Ocean Front 2BR and 2BA was fabulous. The view breath taking . Thank you for sharing your property with us. There is a restaurant on the property that made you feel like you were home.

Great condo!

My husband and I stayed one night for a wedding and the location of this condo was perfect! Super clean, nicely furnished, and one amazing view of the ocean and beach! Great communication from the owner. Would definitely book and stay again!

Labor Day Weekend!

Wonderful location and very clean and nicely decorated condo...would love to stay again! Enjoyed sitting on the porch and reading...pool was refreshing. Everyone was friendly. Had a super time!!

Great stay!

We had a short but wonderful weekend stay at the condo. We were impressed with the level of cleanliness and were happy to have a fully stocked kitchen for cooking a few meals. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and the view of the ocean was spectacular. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful place to stay for a family. The location is outstanding, so close to the beach. A great condo with everything you need, comfortable and felt so relaxed here. We even got to watch a beach wedding after the storm from our balcony! Thank you for allowing us to stay!

Topsail Beach Condo

This property is located perfectly for a quiet family beach getaway! We had beautiful views of the ocean, and a short walk to play in the sand and water. It was just perfect!

Perfect family beach vacay

This is our second time staying at this property. I have four daughters (ages 11-22) and this condo is our fave. It’s the right size , has all the extras you need to feel at home. And the decor is just cute. The location at the St Regis is perfect. Every window you look out and have a gorgeous ocean view. The balcony is shaded and is wonderful for ocean watching and reading. The owners are very easy to communicate with and very kind. We are already looking forward to our stay next summer.

The condo was not cleaned very well upon arrival and we were greeted by a roach running across the floor. I notified the owner and they will address with the vendors.

Family trip

We had a wonderful week! We have been coming to Topsail for many years and love it there. The location of the unit is perfect as it is close to the walkway to the beach and quiet. The unit is very welcoming and comfortable. We had everything we needed. It was nice to not have to worry about a key for the week too. Check in was slightly delayed because of the group before us but that was handled quickly and not the fault of the property manager. We had a wonderful time and will be back!

St. Regis

It was great! Only downside was indoor pool and hot tub still not open. Will it ever be? Also we didn’t bring our pet but saw many others with them. Confusing?

Hosts tack on additional fees do not stay here!

The kitchen was nice but very small only one person can fit in at a time. The bathrooms are way outdated and the hosts want to add additional fees after checking out. I followed the instructions given and they want to charge me extra. The linens were saturated in a plastic tote leftover from previous guests, kitchen cooking utensils were warped and need to be replaced as we almost unusable.

Just what we needed

We enjoyed this condo and are very happy we booked it. The owners were very informative and quick to respond. The condo was just as described in the listing. We arrived to find it cool and clean with a few supplies to get us started. It was fully stocked with everything you need to cook and feel comfortable just like at home. We enjoyed the patio and the views were amazing. We did have to provide our linens and towels, but they did provide pillows, blankets and quilts so it wasn't an issue for us at all. We had a short walk to the beach and the condo is directly off of the elevator so that was a plus! There are a couple of great restaurants around, one being on the property called Oceanside and the food and atmosphere were second to none...loved it! We also had dinner at Rick's Restaurant and Sports Bar just a few miles up from the condo, and it too did not disappoint! Overall our stay was very relaxing and pleasant. We had zero issues and look forward to staying here again next year. 😊

Beautiful condo right on the beach

Beautiful ocean view from all the rooms and especially the balcony! It just takes two or three minutes from the room to the ocean, depending on how long the elevator takes. The apartment is bright and pretty. It has a few quirks but overall we were very happy with it. Perfect size for our family of 4. At this time bed sheets and towels are not provided. I'm not sure if that will change after covid is gone or not. There are no exhaust fans in the bathrooms, so you may want to bring some scented bathroom spray for when it gets stinky. The beach is beautiful and clean. At high tide, the beach is rather narrow, but there is still enough room for chairs and people to walk by comfortably. At low tide there is plenty of beachfront. The New River inlet is a nice walk, about a mile north. The closest grocery store is a Food Lion which is about 10 or 15 minutes away. There are nicer grocery stores in Surf City, maybe 25 or 30 minutes away (I have food sensitivities, and the Food Lion didn't have a lot of food options for me). We ate seafood at the restaurant there in the top of the middle building one night, and overall the food was very good and prices comparable to other seafood joints. Traffic leaving the island was very slow and backed up until we got into Sneads Ferry, I guess because everyone checks out around the same time (we left at 10am). We had a great time and would love to return again.
