First of all, we tried to discuss what we were disappointed in with this company but could never get anyone on the phone. We emailed twice and received no response.
We would have to say we wouldn’t come back for a few reasons. We’ve never stayed anywhere with so many rules and threats of fines. It was hard to relax without worrying about setting something wrong (thermostat, refrigerator, etc), losing a plastic hang tag or card key ($100 fine), and all the other various rules. Many of which are things done anyways at other establishments, but not with such repetitive, threats of fines over & over during our stay. I received so many texts and emails stating the same things over and over and stickers/signs posted everywhere. Other than that, we felt our unit wasn’t clean. We didn’t even use one bathroom because upon arrival we found hair on the counter and toilet. There was also a dried substance on the counter of the other bathroom leading us to wonder if they were cleaned at all. Lobby and elevator rugs were filthy and paint was peeling in many places on the ceiling walking to our unit. The final issue we had was the live roach in the kitchen we saw as we were packing things up to leave. Would not plan to stay here again under these conditions. I believe these units are individually owned, so others may be much better, but they're all in the same buildings under the same management company.
