    North Topsail beautiful beach is not overcrowded, "CREATE MEMORIES THAT WILL LAST FOREVER" as your family enjoy the MAGNIFICIENT OCEANFRONT VIEWS from the living room and master bedroom; or sitting on the balcony.

    EXCELLENT LOCATION: Camp Lejeune Marine base, Camp Geiger and Marine Corp Air Station are close for families visiting their families and friends.

    The living room has large sofa with flat screen TV, balcony access with table and chairs. Great place for a meal while watching the beautiful Atlantic Ocean from Living Room or BALCONY. Dining area seats 4 with an addition bar area that seats 2 more. Kitchen is <> equipped for "ALL" your cooking needs, there is no need to travel with dishes, utensils, pots and pans etc.

    Master Bedroom has QUEEN bed, private bath, flat screen TV and an oceanfront view from bedroom and BALCONY access. 2nd Bedroom has QUEEN bed, flat screen TV and full bath next to room. BRING YOUR OWN LINENS AND BATH TOWEL, OR these items can be rented THRU Linen Rental Agency in North Topsail Beach prior to arrival.

This condo was so well thought out for families. It felt so homey and inviting. Truly, everything has been thought of. It was fully stocked with everything needed and things we didn’t even think we would need. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and had a wonderful time at Topsail.

We enjoyed everything about this property. The location is great. The only complaint is the noise from the occupants in the condo above. It sounded like construction work was being done throughout the entire night on the last day of our stay.

Great location

This was our third year in a row staying at this condo. It’s been a great little spot to rest up from all our daytime activities. The condo is always very clean and accommodations are comfortable. You have a nice little view of the ocean from your balcony to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or star gaze at night. We love how easy the walk to the beach is and our kids enjoy the pool as well. Great place to stay in N. Topsail!!

This property was clean and in the perfect location for the beach/pool access. They had the room ready before the check in time and the layout allowed for privacy within the condo! Fabulous and Affordable

I stayed here with my friends for my annual all-girls weeklong trip. The condo was just steps from the beach and was stocked with everything you could possibly need for a beach trip. If you forgot a beach chair, laundry detergent, or a book to read, they were right there for you to borrow! I can't say enough about how well-stocked this condo was. It was a great stay all week! I'd definitely come back again.

Stunning home

This home was absolutely beautiful. It was the cleanest home I have ever been in and we rent several times a year. Check in was a breeze Everything that I needed was right there in the box by the door with the parking passes and the keys. It has everything you could possibly need in the kitchen And you can't possibly have a better location.Beautiful views of the ocean and falling asleep with the ocean waves crashing Was incredible. A very, very well stocked home.

Upon arriving, we had to contact the property manager because the sliding door to the patio was broken. We received a prompt response and someone came to fix it the next morning. The door was fixed but was extremely hard to open. The patio and views were wonderful. The condo is a great space and the kitchen had everything you would need. We did notice dried food on some of the silverware but IMO whoever put it away wasn’t paying attention. North Topsail is more remote than I expected. Great place for a quiet weekend away. Great pool for the kids.

We love this condo! It is clean and spacious. The owners are very kind and respond very quickly. Love the privacy of balcony and listening to the ocean each day and night. This is our second year at this condo and we will be back for a third for sure!
