It was very clean the room was very nice and the air con was spot on. Negatives breakfast. Yes it’s a bonus getting a breakfast in a London hotel but this was very poor. No hot water in morning so no shower which was very very disappointing. No explanation as to why . Barman in evening when we returned after watching London show not particularly receptive . "It’s not like staying at a Premier Inn or Travelodge but does the job. Could do with some updating and don’t expect an early breakfast as it starts at 9am.
You get what you pay for to be honest and the bed was comfy, loo, shower there so just what you need essentially. Wi-Fi just didn’t work in my room which I’m guessing was because I was at the top so a boaster would help. Replenishing of tea and coffee, biscuits etc in the room would be great.

"Nice modern hotel.
Allocated a disabled room for some reason with low clothes rail and seat in the shower. It was all ok but nothing amazing. Bed adequate but mattress a little on the thin and could feel the springs.
Was disappointed no parking space but was my fault I didn’t study the booking moor so had to park a 5 min walk down the road. A bit frustrating going to collect the car in the morning with bags etc.
Breakfast reasonably good. A bit of everything but not masses of choice - however...

"We stayed at this hotel a couple of years ago but we were very disappointed this time. The takeaway breakfast bag was not available until after 4 o'clock and as we had an early morning shuttle we were not eligible. The car park is now chargeable at £6.00 overnight, previously it was free. The price we paid was far too much considering the quality of the hotel and we will not be back."

"Lovely hotel, restaurant, bar, in an excellent location for shopping etc in Rye. Very good value for money.
There is no free car parking but the pay & display/RINGO is immediately next door and less than a tenner a day.
We can highly recommend this hotel."
