The hotel was great and in a very good location. Farooq was amazing at the front desk. He was always willing to help with questions, had awesome suggestions of what to do, where to visit and actually booked excursions and transportation to make life easier for us! He truly was second to none! A great experience!

Great location near bus stops and pick ups for tours Lovely view from roof top bar Friendly v helpful staff Lovely breakfast we paid for included when we booked. wE didnt have time to try out spa area but other guests said it was lovely. V convenient for main shopping area and plenty of food places near by. Good bus service.

The staff in this hotel make it a real gem. Every person I interacted with was a delight, friendly and knowledgeable from the bar and wait staff through to the reception and housekeeping staff. The hotel is well located in Reykjavik and all the main attractions are walkable - even in heavy snow and ice. The rooms are clean, large and well laid out with great quality showers. I cannot rate this hotel and the staff more highly, they were even able to secure a taxi for us during heavy snow and ice when our transfer cancelled on us. There is a lovely cafe on sight with a range of pastries and coffee to start your day.
