  • Single-family house "Zakątek Ventus II", built in 2011. In a quiet, sunny position, 3 km from the sea, 2.5 km from the lake, 3 km from the beach, in the countryside. Private: property 500 m2 (fenced), meadow. Terrace (30 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground (swing, sandbox). In the house: WiFi, burglar alarm system. Motor access (200 m via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Grocery 600 m, restaurant, bicycle rental 1 km, bus stop 700 m, sandy beach 3 km. Riding stable 1 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Dołgie Duże 2,5km, Łebsko 8 km, Gardno. Please note: fishing [permit required].
    3-room house 80 m2 on 2 levels. Open living/dining room 25 m2 with 1 double sofabed (145 cm, length 200 cm), Scandinavian wood stove and satellite TV (flat screen), radio and DVD. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen 8 m2 (dishwasher, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Electric heating, boiler (100 litres). Top floor: 1 room 19 m2 with 1 double bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room 16 m2 with 1 bed (90 cm, length 200 cm), 1 french bed (140 cm, length 200 cm). Electric heating, wood heating. Terrace 30 m2, roofed. Terrace furniture, deck chairs. Beautiful view of the countryside. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot for up to 3 year olds, hair dryer, logs (free). Internet (WiFi). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm.
