"Very nice hotel and well designed. Breakfast was great! Beautiful view. Far from Old town Dubrovnik (30 min) but we knew that. Main issue for me was that the air conditioning even at max level was subpar; room directly aimed at the sun so it would get up to 26-28C during the day and at best 22-23C ..."
