Welcome to our cozy 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment in the heart of Smoketown, PA. Tucked away in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood, this modern space is perfect for up to 3 guests looking for comfort and convenience.
You’ll be just minutes from some of Lancaster County’s most beloved attractions—including Bird-in-Hand, Strasburg, and Ronks. Experience world-class performances at Sight & Sound Theatre just 8 minutes away.
The space
Master bedroom offers a queen bed mattress, with phone charging station.
Bathroom shower has your shower jel and shampoo.
Bathroom vanity- make up remover washcloths, Q-tips, cotton swabs, cotton balls, and makeup mirror with light.
Washer and dryer units with laundry detergent also available for guest use.
Kitchen is fully stocked and guest are welcome to cook meals.
We also have a lovely coffee bar with coffee cups for on the go.
Living room offers a 58” tv with built in fireplace. No cable but guest are able to sign into there own account. Just ensure to sign out prior to leaving.
Classy sofa that can transition to sofa bed for 1 individual.
Pack n play also available in closet.
Ottoman and nice end table.

The decor was beautiful! Everything was so nice. No need to bring any toiletries as all is provided. The towels were so plush and soft. Great for a small family. We hope to return again.

We came up for the weekend from NC to the Sight And Sounds Theater. Enjoy the food of the Amish, and buy jams and bread. Location was close to every thing. Place was perfect for us, bed was comfortable, place was very comfortable it felt like home. We will definitely be back again.

We visited for our 25 th anniversary getaway to see Noah at Sight and Sound. The area also offered so many other things to see and visit. Chris and Rosetta's beautiful haven was welcoming from the entry at the front door to the beautiful Christmas tree twinkling as we walked in. We felt relaxed with a home feel the entire stay with soft blankets, pillows and towels. The bed was extremely comfortable. The coffee bar was a wonderful touch for sweet mornings around the table and the snacks were perfect to grab and go. The home is updated and immaculate. The host family was kind and welcoming. Would certainly book again. 10/10.
