Center Hill Lake Cottage Four Seasons, Smithville, TN

  • Beautiful and NEW 2 br, 2 fb home with grilling pavilion. There is a spacious upstairs loft with four bunk beds, a sitting area with a couch and tv for entertainment. There is also a video game stand alone unit for extra fun. The bunk room has a full bath with a tub. The master bedroom is downstairs with a spacious closet and tv. The master bath features a beautiful walk in full tile shower. The home has a washer and dryer for your laundry needs during your stay. The living room has comfy seating and is open concept to the kit and eat in areas. There is a nautical theme throughout home. The front porch boasts chairs for relaxing and the cottages are on a sprawing 13 acres with plenty of parking for your boat trailer. The Four Seasons Boat Dock and Marina is in the subdivision. It is approximately 1/2 mile away. The cottage has wonderful WiFi. We have the cottage next door available for friends or family to rent. This is a wonderful opportunity for family to have their own space to sleep, but enjoy time together. There is a three day booking minimum for Fourth of July, Memorial Day and Labor Day.

Country cottage getaway

Really enjoyed the cottage . A great place to get away from the city for the weekend . Enjoyed watching the deer wander around the yard and surrounding property . The place was spotless . Check in was a breeze . I would definitely stay here again .

Perfect cabin for our week in TN. Fishers off- road park was a little drive, the marina and boat rentals are super close. Hiking and nature trails galore. A family of deer live on the property. Saw them eating breakfast or dinner every day.

Great Remote Getaway

Nicole and husband were super hosts and very responsive. The cabin was well appointed, clean and new. Good place for a remote, quiet weekend getaway. There’s a nice marina nearby for boaters who want to get on Center Hill Lake. Plenty of room to park your boat and trailer.
