"Wonderful room right in the ocean. Professional and friendly staff Restaurants had tasty food. Very convent location in the middle of the island. Rugged Car Rental had chargers and cars right at the hotel. Walking on Elbow Beach was wonderful. We will be back next year "

"We loved our stay at Bermuda House Chateau West. It was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. Location was ideal, for many reasons. John Smith Bay directly across the street within a minutes walk, bus stops within 1-2 minutes walk, and grocery store within walking distance. Our host Elizabeth was excellent at communication with answers to our questions immediately or next day. Elizabeth sent detailed information on colors and distances for bus routes, grocery stores, and help step up taxi pickup from the airport.
