The minute you drive thru the gates you will love this Estate! In spring & summer enjoy lovely flowers while surrounded by rolling green pastures. Autumn colors explode with crisp mornings and the evenings are perfect to roast s’mores with a bonfire and enjoy the beautiful harvest moons! The horse farm is a wonderful place to make memories that last a lifetime! The house is beautifully situated on 13 private acres.
Both the Great Room and Primary Bedroom suite have beautiful massive stone fireplaces. The extra-large great room is perfect for opening gifts,celebrating birthdays and holidays.The deck is ideal for gatherings while enjoying fantastic views. Every effort has been made to ensure travelers enjoy their stay with no expense spared! From the most comfortable beds to a big jacuzzi hot tub. Big screen Smart TVs for family viewing & gamers! Also lots of Games for everyone to enjoy (corn hole boards, chess, checkers, back gammon, puzzles). The kitchen has new top of the line appliances, air fryer, coffee machine (k-cup and Carafe) & everything needed for fantastic gourmet meals from pots and pans to dinnerware. The open kitchen/dining area is great for cooks to interact with everyone while preparing the meals and room for all to eat comfortably. The covered deck has a hammock and plenty of seating to relax while kicking back to enjoy under aromatic Mimosa trees. . A new gas grill and a table for serving & to dine alfresco. The long driveway (5 acres) is perfect for hikers. The horses are in the fields adjacent to the house for everyone to enjoy! As well as white tail deer, fox, rabbits, eagle, blue heron & wild turkey are frequent visitors. The living room has a sleeper sofa and 2 additional sofas. The primary bedroom has a king bed and a sleeper sofa. The en-suite has a Jacuzzi spa bathtub built for 2. There are 2 bedrooms on 1st floor. Both rooms have very comfortable Queen beds. Additionally there is a set of bunk beds. Additional sleepers are available to accommodate more guests! The Horse Ranch is a destination in itself! It Conveniently located Just 15 minutes to Mammoth Cave National Park (N ON I-65) and 15 minutes (South on I-65) to the National Corvette Museum, NCM Motorsports Racetrack and The Rail Road museum (for Planes Trains and Car tours) and Beech Bend splash lagoon & park with Harley Drags and Drag strip. Also close to the Bourbon trail! The house is located 1 hour north of Nashville. 1 hour south of Louisville. 1 1/2 hours to Lexington. The house is located on main road with no worries about snow, wash outs or flooding. If antiquing your pleasure? We are 5 minutes to Bucees in Smiths Grove which has been named KY'S #1 Antiquing Town! Stroll thru 13 different stores where you will find everything old is new again! We are surrounded by horse farms and Amish farms. Conveniently located minutes to local restaurants, grocery stores and Western Kentucky University (20 minutes away). Smiths Grove has a new archery center. New state of the art Pickle Ball (indoor) courts are 15 minutes from House. All this makes for a great stay while enjoying all the comforts of home. The log cabin on the Horse ranch was fantastic. Jade the host was great to work with. She was very communicative from a week before the trip. We got all the required info to check in and plenty of options for visiting around the area. We took her advice and went for an attraction which we were not aware of. Just 25 min from Mammoth caves and Corvette museum makes it a top spot to reserve. Our kids got to view the horses early in the morning and they were thrilled 😁. The rooms were clean and plenty of towels were provided for our stay. This place can house a party of 3 families comfortably. Would recommend to anyone who is visiting Mammoth caves national park .

This place was in the country, but not so far out that you could not get to the interstate and get to places (so close to Buc-ees!) It was quite, and off the highway. When pulling up, you don't really get a feel of how big the house is until you are inside. Seeing horses and cows around was really nice to drink your morning coffee to! Jade was a fantastic host, constantly in touch to see if we needed anything, offering places to go or see, she even offered a horse feeding experience with my 6 year old, who just loved it there! The house was roomy and clean. With clear instructions on what was where, and what to do for checkout. I could not have asked for a better place to stay!

Great place to stay in Southern Kentucky

We had a great time at this location. The property was beautiful, and the house was perfect for our reunion. The host stayed in contact throughout the entire process, and we were well-informed and confident she would meet all of our needs. We will stay here again if we get the opportunity. I would recommend it to your family as well.

Beautiful, Peaceful Cabin with Great Location – Highly Recommend!

Our stay at this cabin was fantastic! The property was beautifully maintained, spacious, and perfect for our family. One of our favorite moments was enjoying morning coffee on the porch while watching the horses—it was such a peaceful experience. The location was excellent, offering easy access to Mammoth Cave and some great local restaurants. We highly recommend this cabin for a relaxing and memorable getaway!

Relaxing home

The owners were fantastic, helpful and attentive. The house was warm and in a great location away from noise. Sitting on the deck looking at horses and cows was very enjoyable. Highly recomend this property!

Family getaway

Great home for a family getaway. My wife, 4 teenagers had a great time and this home was perfect for us. It was very comfortable and well decorated as well as very clean. Host was fantastic and met all our needs. Location was good as we were close to Mammoth Cave and the National Corvette Museum. Many other nice attractions also. Would highly recommend this rental to anyone with a family, absolutely enjoyed the stay!

Relaxing vacation

Great property and hostess! The property was the perfect location for our family, we visited Mammoth Cave and the museums in Bowling Green. We highly recommend the 5 broke girl’s restaurant in Cave City, great burgers and onion rings. The property hostess was very attentive to all our needs and we enjoyed watching the horses and the cows from the deck! We had a great vacation!

Mammoth cave weekend getaway

Great house! Very peaceful. Just a short distance from main highway and a small grocery store. Host was great with communication. We visited Mammoth Cave and Nashville during this visit. Our only complaint was the deposit took the "allowed" 4 weeks to be returned.

At Home in the Country

A great place to stay if your visiting Bowling Green. A short drive to a peaceful and picturesque setting just off of I-65. Enjoy country living in a modern log cabin with all the comforts of home. The furnishings and de-core are fitting to the countryside. The home has porches on 3 sides from which you can watch the sun rise, the sun set, or just watch the horses graze in the pasture. Your host is very friendly and makes you feel right at home.

Unique country experience

Wake up to horses next door with only rollings hills and cattle in view. This lovely home is a GREAT retreat from the typical hotel stay or urban setting. Owner is very supportive and willing to offer any assistance she can to make your stay convenient and comfortable. You are 7 minutes from the new Bucc-ees, 20-ish minute from Mammoth Caves Visitor center, and 30-ish minutes from Bowling Green. The grocery store in town is lovely with wonderful service. Nice home with all the little touches to make a convenient and comfortable stay.

Thanksgiving family get away

This home worked out great for our three generations of family to meet and celebrate Thanksgiving. Jade made sure to check on anything we might need and even put up Christmas decorations for us to enjoy. Cooked a full turkey dinner and celebrated two family birthdays while we were there. Great location to visit Mammoth Caves and the surrounding area. The beds are all very comfortable and the main bedroom is beautiful and huge. It worked as a separate movie room for grandma and the kids while grandpa watched football. We had a great time. Thank you for your hospitality.

Kentucky Fun trip

Everything was as described. We had a last minute addition to our group and Jade took care of it immediately. Our intent was to find a big house within 90 minutes of Louisville and Nashville. This was it! We did daily trips to our adventures and came back to a great place to relax. We had a group of 10 staying at the house and had room for everyone. Can't say enough about the location and beauty of the property. Beautiful and comfortable! Thank you!

Gorgeous, relaxing, cozy, and great customer service

We had a wonderful time staying at Jade and Angelo's cabin. They have excellent customer service from communication, ensuring the property is ready, check-in and check-out process, and ensuring we are comfortable during our stay. The property and the location is very peaceful and relaxing. It's around 20-25mins away to Mammoth Cave, 30mins to Nolin River, and an hour away from Nashville so we were able to do both nature and bar activities during our 4 day stay. The cabin is so nice and cozy. It is well maintained and has all the amenities we need. We had the chance to chat with the nice and friendly owners! We had a great family time at night relaxing by the camp fire and made smores. The mornings are my favorite... it was a great experience to unplug, relax in the hammock with a cup of coffee watching the lush greenery and the beautiful horses as the sun rises. I highly recommend this place!!!

Beautiful Setting, Lovely Home

The property has a picturesque setting, with beautiful rolling fields and horses. There's a hammock on the porch & large-sized master and private bedrooms. It's close to local attractions, and common areas were spacious enough for our sibling trip. Clean and generally a good rental. It may not be for everyone, so I just wanted to flag a few things. I suspect Jade has had some bad experiences with guests that have led to these, but still not ideal for everyone: - Temperature range is pre-set and cannot be adjusted; Jade was responsive when we asked her to change the range. However, the thermostat is in the hallway near the door so the temperature range applies to the hallway and the bedrooms downstairs got very hot at 4 am (everyone woke up!). I prefer to be able to control the temperature myself, and everyone's "comfort settings" are a little different, so if this is an issue for you, this may not be the house for you. - Cameras that appear to have audio are in several places around the porch, which makes it not particularly enjoyable to hang out on the porch for coffee and conversation. It's more than a "Ring" doorbell, with multiple cameras views from all sides. Again, some people won't mind but not for everyone. - I bet Jade is very nice but not great at texting, and her communication style can seem perhaps unintentionally abrupt (lots of all caps). There are notes all around the house (lots of DO NOTs); some are helpful, some less so.

This proper was well stocked, plenty of everything including toilet paper! The grounds are beautiful as well. We stayed for WKU family weekend and it was about 20 minutes from campus. Beers were super comfy! Would definitely stay again!

Accused us of stealing a BLANKET because it wasn’t on the chair it originally was on and found bed bugs in downstairs bedroom. Also does not sleep 16 people. Rate is for 7 people and the rest have to sleep on air mattress.

Family vacation

We absolutely loved the home and property! The home was so clean and stocked beyond our expectations. The owner Jade was incredible with communication and helpfulness. She even let our 16 mo old granddaughter help feed the horses. I would recommened this stay for anyone looking for a peaceful relaxing time. Close enough to all the attractions. My boys favorite was Buc-ees LOL Thanks again to Jade for helping make our family vacation enjoyable!
