Sluknov Holidays from AU$834

Fantastic location, large size rooms, comfy mattress and delicious breakfast. Wonderful support staff. Will definitely return.

A well situated hotel very close to the Lennon Wall and Charles Bridge. It’s also close to the bottom of the hill for Petrin Tower and the Funicular railway. The decor of the hotel is totally in keeping with the beautiful city of Prague. The room was large with a very large comfortable bed. The bathroom was well stocked with amenities. Breakfast was always very good and well Stocked.

The hotel is conveniently located in walking distance to pretty much everything, while also being quiet at night. The staff were incredibly helpful, the hotel is well-maintained. I would love to stay here again!

Most classy hotel I’ve stayed in in a very long time. The food was remarkable. The artwork was impressive on its own, and the staff was super helpful.. will definitely be back

Unfortunately, the check-in process was unnecessarily complicated and inconvenient. The check-in location is separate from the actual hotel and quite far away, which was not clearly communicated in advance. There are also separate access codes for the main entrance and the individual room. However, the room access code was not properly provided to us, so we had to contact the check-in desk multiple times by phone before we could enter our room. The room itself may be fine, but the check-in and access arrangements need significant improvement. Clear instructions and all necessary access codes should be provided in advance.
