"I absolutely loved this hotel! It was spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished to a very high standard. The thoughtful amenities like toothbrushes and slippers were a lovely touch. The staff were incredibly helpful, and although a small mistake was made during my stay, they rectified it very quickly and professionally. The location was great—just 20 minutes from the city center and 40 minutes from the airport. I have no complaints and will definitely be staying here again!"

"I had one of the worst hotel experiences of my life here. From check-in to check-out, there was absolutely no staff present at any point during my stay. When I arrived, the entrance was locked and I stood outside with my luggage for over 30 minutes.
