    A typical Maltese Townhouse, very bright and airy set just a minute walk away from the Sliema promenade. This property is set on 3 floors, on ground floor a kitchen, living and dining leading to a private back yard, and a separate study room. On the first floor 2 double bedrooms, one with ensuite and a main bathroom. On the second floor, a further bathroom and a 3rd bedroom with en-suite, and laundry room with walkout onto the roof. One of a kind.

    Tas-Sliema is well known for its attractive promenade where locals and visitors go to dine, relax or socialize. It overlooks public landscaped gardens, children's playgrounds, beach clubs and the Mediterranean sea.
