"The design of the hotel is beautiful. The receptionists and bartender were all kind. The hotel room itself was beautiful, clean with a wonderful view however, there was a night where we experienced the elevator not working, no one on site and had to force the doors open to be able to enter our rooms. "The property is close to the Rotterdam Central, quick walk to restaurants, laundry and a bakery. The night staff at the hotel were very helpful, I would stay at the hotel again. Rooms are small compared to North America, normal for Europe."
