"We had a wonderful 3 night stay at the circle house. Our host Nina was very responsive. The beds were very comfortable, and there were lots of towels and cozy blankets provided. The kitchen was well stocked with just about everything you might need. The home was clean and is situated in a quiet residential community. There are a few minor updates/improvements within the home I might suggest, but overall I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this rental home highly to anyone. "

"Good space (4 adults) and a well-stocked kitchen for the two breakfasts we made. We had an event to attend so didn’t get to use the jetted tub. A bigger couch would’ve been nice if we had spent more time there, but we pretty much went straight to bed. Both that we used were comfy!"

"This is our first time starting at a VRBO and we were very impressed with the host and home. We thoroughly enjoyed our time staying in this charming home and would highly recommend it to anyone coming to the Catskills. First off, communication was great, and it was very easy to get into the home. The property itself is spacious and offers lots of privacy. We enjoyed the thoughtful outdoor additions, including multiple hammocks, a fire pit and a stocked woodpile, tables and chairs on both the front and back porches, a hot tub and outdoor games. The house was also well stocked for wine lovers, coffee/tea drinkers, readers, and families with children. We particularly enjoyed that each room had its own temperature control, allowing each person to tailor their bedroom to their preferred temperature and separate from shared spaces. There were so many thoughtful touches that helped us feel at home, including snacks & sodas, coffee, roasting sticks for the fire, air fryer, wireless phone chargers in each room, a pack & play, board games, and extra supplies in the bathrooms. Oh, and not to mention, the beds were very comfortable! Although we didn’t use them, we were also pleasantly surprised to have access to the community’s amenities. Would definitely return to this property."

"The lake community and property were great with access to the lake, kayaks, and either kayak or short drive to the pool/beach area. The house itself could use a few upgrades but overall was fine. We did have issues with the pool pass and had to wait quite a while to have security let us in so that should be something to check before guests arrive, as well as having a new propane tank for the grill. We did get that replaced the day after we asked and had to use the stove for dinner that night but all in all was a nice stay."

"We were seven adults and could have comfortably fit at least two more people. The lake access and accessories were awesome especially with three really hot days during our stay. The AC worked great, which I really appreciated. We took advantage of the community pool and Pickleball courts and had a lot of fun with them. There was plenty of room for all of us to have our own space but yet could come altogether with great areas in the house to hang out. Pool table and darts were a big hit. There was lots to explore in the surrounding towns. We really loved this house and we were all sad to leave since we had such a great, relaxing vacation at the lake house!"
