"Super location (as long as you like a little solitude) with cracking views. Lovely clean, comfortable and well-equipped cottage that you looked forward to returning to after a busy day. Not a lot in the village amenity wise but the pub is nice and is doing takeaway food during the current restrictions, so at least you don`t have to cook if you really don`t want to. "The cabin is beautifully situated on a hill with stunning views on Loch Long. No other noise than the little streams, wind and birds. The cabin is dog friendly, comfortable, spacious, tastfully decorated and well equiped. The owners provided a warm welcome and came to meet us for a chat just before we left. The walk into the village is just over 1km, either along a hilly route, which is quieter, or along a level route, where you walk right next to a busy road. The latter option is okay in the evenings, when traffic is less.Nice views from the house. Great Terrace to sit outside. "
