"This beautiful cottage is exactly as advertised. Clean, super friendly hosts and a perfect location if you want peace and tranquility. The view from the deck is spectacular and the view from the Adirondack chairs above the beach is even better! The home comes stocked with everything you need. Yes, we cooked on vacation!The beach is empty. We spent hours there and rarely saw another soul. My wife and I use VRBO regularly and very few homes check all the boxes-cleanliness, location, accuracy of listing, and responsive hosts. This one does.If you have a small group looking for a great spot on the Delaware beach you found it. We would recommend this place to family and friends."

"We needed an affordable place to stay overnight, got there late and left early. It was perfect. Small but it had a great large tv, comfortable bed and it was in a low key section of Delaware. Would definitely book the same for our return from NC next year. Awesome discount liquor store across the parking lot. lol"

"The house was just wonderful and Sarah was so clear & communicative! It was divine being able to walk to the beach in 5 minutes, but also being able to watch the sun set on the marsh from the deck. The kitchen had everything, including a drip coffee maker for those of us who didn't want to use the Keurig. Beds/pillows were comfortable. Absolutely would stay again! Check out procedures were very reasonable and clearly communicated. Thank you!"

"The home was beautiful, cozy, and extremely well stocked. All you need is to pack a bag and arrive. Beautiful and peaceful location, very private and quiet, even over Labor Day Weekend. Perfect place for a relaxing getaway! The views from the deck were beautiful. Starry nights from the hot tub. Short walk to the beach. And we pretty much had the beach to ourselves. Will stay again."
