"Check-in was easy. We liked the indoor parking. The view was excellent. Number one elevator had an unpleasant odor in the lodge. The coffee machine in the room did not function properly. And you were unable to put mugs that were provided underneath. The bathroom door was rubbing the floor and pulling the door frame loose."

"This host has thought of everything! The house is stocked with everything you need to have a wonderful relaxing trip! The nearest official grocery store is 40 min away, the nearest town Monterey has a dollar general store. The rooms are super clean and cozy, beds so comfortable! The scenery at the house and in the area is breathtaking no matter what direction you look. This is a fantastic find and we are so lucky that the hosts are sharing their hidden gem with us!"

"The Inn was the cleanest place we’ve been stayed. The bathroom was cleaned, stocked with fresh cleaned towels and toilet papers. The water pressures were strong. The room furnitures and lighting were minimal but dustless. The TV ,Ref/freezer and air conditioning were all working well. We hope to come back soon. The Inn at Snowshoe is excellent place to stay. Consider to offer continental breakfast please."

"There was quite a bit of hair in the tub around the drain when we first checked in. It was kind of icky to see that. The room itself was nice though. I'd go back when I want to visit Snowshoe, WV or the surrounding area. The property is right in the middle of the village, which is nice. Close to restaurants and shops."
