"We used the hotel as a base as we had family in nearby village. So the hotel was nearest to them. The staff and facilities were good. The fridge in our room did not work. although we did not report it as thought it was how the fridge’s are in this country. The side of the hotel we was on in Room 901 there was a nightclub (seems only open Friday,Saturday &Sunday) music pumping out till 5am which made 2 nights for us no sleep. We left on Sunday. Overall good but would not want rooms on 901...

"The place has probably seen better days. Very worn, but ok for a night. The room didn’t feel clean, but that was probably due to age. Breakfast was very limited, almost to be none-existent. In addition, the reception had no access to payment information from Hotels."

"Lovely place, just off a main road so a handy break in my trip from Poprad Tatry Airport to Hlinne. Staff were friendly and helpful - and they spoke English, which was a definite advantage for me. They also have English menus. My previous stay, somewhere with no English menus or speakers, wasn't pleasant, but this stay was. Before anyone comments. I was in their country so they didn't have to speak English or have English menus - but it helps. "

"Bij het inchecken wilde men mij nogmaals een tax laten betalen hoewel duidelijk vermeld staat " inclusief alle taxen ". Meubilair in de kamer is verouderd, bedjes van 70 cm met doorgelegen matras. Badkamer was ok, ontbijt stelde werkelijk niets voor. Zelf het potje yoghurt was al enkele dagen over datum. Dit hotel verdient echt geen drie sterren en de lovende recensies zijn m.i. twijfelachtig of gefabriceerd. Van mij mogen ze dit hotel ech van de site halen."

"Booked last minute and on the day of my unplanned road trip. Lovely and friendly welcome despite arriving quite late. Hotel is the type of hotel I really like, oldie-waldy, very traditional service, reminded me of a British guest house in the 1960s, lots of period charm. "

"Flexibel met inchecken, ik had twaalf uur aangegeven, maar was ruim een half uur te laat ivm trein vertraging en verdwalen. Was geen probleem, en kreeg ook nog een drankje van het huis, wellicht vanwege zilver niveau. Ook nog eens erg leuke vrouw bij de receptie. Ik was er vanwege het EK onder 21, stadion lag op loopafstand."
