"This hotel is excellent! The location and the staff are amazing! The room was clean and beautiful, the smart tv it’s easy to connect to your device to watch what you want, plus the WiFi is fast. Parking can be a bit difficult since it’s a small hotel and even street parking on St Pete Beach is hard to find. However, it’s worth it if you have to park and walk a bit because you get to enjoy the view, the sounds and the breeze. Also, the hotel is close to restaurants and shops. I’ll definitely return to this hotel and I recommend it if you’re looking for a hotel in the area."

"Incredibly polite and accommodating staff. Special props to Tomas at the front desk. The breakfast was solid each of my three mornings there. Plenty of hot and cold items to interest everyone. Super comfortable mattresses and the suites have nice kitchen amenities. My only beef about this place really isn't under the control of management or staff. It's the Island Grill and Raw Bar next door. My first night, they blared loud, thumping music until 11 p.m. I could feel the bass through my mattress, even with a pillow over my head. The next night was quiet, but the third night they had live music. More folky covers than bad music from the 80s and 90s but still way too loud, mostly because the stage is outdoors and facing the hotel. Supposedly they only host live music on weekends, but I was there Tuesday-Friday a.m. All of this isn't Marriott's fault. But if you want to get a good night's rest, I suggest you request a room facing Pinellas Parkway and not facing this grill and bar. The city's noise ordinance allows them to crank it until 11 p.m."

"This hotel is not like its pictured online. It is not updated and some things were falling apart. we had roaches in our room and reported a broken luggage rack. nothing was done to change our room or upgrade us. after watching a sunset we witness a couple and there young child playing in front of playa taco as RATS ran across the cement its only a miracle the child wasnt attacked. we reported it to front desk who said its florida its common here we checked out and left 4 days early, booked thru expedia and were not issued a refund even tho hotel only billed us for the one night expedia couldnt reach anyone to issue us a refund so im stuck paying for a week we werent there. food options are horrible if your allergic to seafood your extremely limited on what to eat also if you not there at designated time you cant eat certain foods. the pool areas and walkable areas were very dimly lit and honestly me and my wife felt uncomfortable. would NOT recommend this to anyone every. it took almost a whole day to inflate the water slide, mother nature didnt cooperate nor did the lovebugs that swarmed the whole area covering us as we walked. if it wasnt for the teacher convention it was devoid if customers staying the only plus was water was blue,"

"Where to startFirst, the waitress and bellhop were extremely great!As far as the remaining experience…Cute idea, horrible food at SkyView, nasty walkway leading to (1st!) room (glass shards and so much more), human hair all over the actual room on counter, toilet and floor, toilet bolt broke when cover was lifted, (2nd) room, hair ALL over the bed-under comforter and sheets, stains on mattress cover with soooooo much more hair and room smelled like curdled, moldy cheese.All we wanted was new sheets in the second room and the gal working literally said that since they do not think they will make us happy, we could leave. It was 9pm at that time and we had to catch our plane that next morning. Rude desk staff that nightFunny how managers aren’t available when you ask but then they miraculously are available when they want them to be."
