"It was a unique lovely place. It’s definitely not a full service place … more like a glamping spot with hospitality. The cafe only has items like sandwiches and smaller eats but the hotel is very close to the main street where there are restaurants. Pool is amazing. No cookware or utensils in room FYI."

"My husband and I were looking for a romantic getaway and this was the perfect property! We were greeted by the host Dale who took us on a tour of his home and the surrounding property. It was quickly apparent to us that this home has been a labor of love for Dale. We stayed for two days and spent time enjoying the pool, hot tub, and cave and enjoyed climbing and exploring the boulders on the property. Some of our favorite highlights were sitting at the pool and watching the gorgeous sunset as it reflected off the water then laying out under the stars. We especially loved all the little animal encounters including watching (and being watched) by the resident roadrunner and humming birds. A highlight was at dusk when little bats emerged from the boulders to dance and swoop around the pool area while we watched the sun set. We spent hours combing through the many picture books in the extensive library while listening to music on the speakers in the family room. They were so easy to connect to with bluetooth. We brought all our own food and cooked all our meals there. The kitchen was better equipped than my own and having tea, spices, and many staples like sugar, flour and condiments on hand helped make our meals extra special. Our second night we had steaks cooked on the grill outside which was clean and easy to use. The beds were comfortable and although small the bathroom had all the supplies we needed. We highly recommend a stay at this property!"

"We (my husband and myself plus my son and his girlfriend) had a wonderful time at this property. It's a beautiful house, spacious, well maintained and with everything you might need. The beds were comfortable and the appliances etc. are of high quality. Nice decorative touches. Communication with Maria was excellent. We'd love to come back, maybe in the winter next time!"
