"The Eagles Nest was a wonderful home base for exploring the Whitefish area and a relaxing retreat to come “home” to after a day of adventures. The house had everything we needed to feel at ease, including a well-stocked kitchen and some of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever encountered. We recommend it highly!"

"Amazing rental. Loved the location and the morning coffee on the patio overlooking Loon Lake and a golf course. The flowers and trees were just amazing! Would recommend this 2 bedroom rental to anyone who wants a peaceful and relaxing experience. Was very equipped with everything we needed , including beach towels, cooler bags, and many more. Even though we were gone doing excursions, it was so comforting to come back and relax. Pictures don’t do it justice."

"4/5 StarsOverall, this is a very nice home, and we enjoyed our stay. The property was exceptionally clean, well maintained, and exactly as described. I would absolutely recommend it to others.A few things kept it from being a 5-star experience. The layout is a bit unusual for larger groups. While there are three bathrooms, one is inside a master bedroom, so our group of 10 adults was effectively sharing two bathrooms. The large recreation room (converted garage) was great gathering space but has no sink or running water. The kitchen is massive, but surprisingly lacks prep space for cooking meals for a large group. Also, the kitchen is up about 16 stairs, which could be a challenge for older guests.Cell service is essentially nonexistent, making the Starlink internet invaluable. However, Wi-Fi coverage was inconsistent in some areas of the house and property.Finally, the host mentioned bears in the area, but the garbage cans were not bear-resistant and were not emptied during our stay. With 12 adults, we had to store some trash inside to avoid attracting wildlife.Plan on bringing paper towels, toilet paper, simple spices for cooking, trash bags. The host provided minimal items and the only spices were salt and pepper. There were ample plates and cups etc.Despite these issues, this is a solid rental that was clean, comfortable, and enjoyable. With a few improvements, it could easily earn 5 stars."

"We had 2 couple stay for 3 nights and we had a great time!Pros: The house has plenty of room to spread out and it never felt cramped at all. Tons of space in the main area! There is a nice deck so you can spend time outside. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything that you could possibly need. The location is great and you can walk to City Beach. We even rented a pontoon boat for the day and they dropped the boat off right there at the ramp at City Beach which was awesome! The management company was very quick to answer questions and were very helpful!Cons: The deck furniture and deck floor were on the dirty side so we had to do a little cleaning to use the space. You do have lake views which are great however there is a huge tree blocking a good portion of your view. The chairs and fire pit area were very dirty and we did not use this area at all! The king bed in the primary room squeaks terribly. I am a very light sleeper and just my husband rolling over or getting out of bed woke me up."
