"Very great hotel, but very disappointed that the usb port in my room did not work and nothing was done about it. Also the staffing at the reception could be better, customers waited over 15 -20mins before they could be attended to due to only one staff at the reception."

Primarily we use it because it has an open flat car park - perfect if you’re in a van as we are, and it looks a bit dated, but large chunks of the inside has had renovations. Always really nice staff, very helpful. Bar and restaurant is fine, rooms are good enough, if a bit dated. Common areas and lofts are very dated but everything works. Cheaper than most of the airport offerings and always been good."
