"Great experience at Bay Breeze! Super easy check in and great communication with Dawn. The weather was awful and driving conditions could have been dangerous with flooding. I was worried about my long drive home. Dawn was very understanding and flexible with my making decision whether to stay an extra night to let the worst of the weather pass. Such a relief to be able to be able to put my safety first without worrying about my lodging! Some nice property touches: live plants and cut flowers to brighten the space, a cozy sitting room with a diverse selection of reading, and a hot tub out back which was great for aches and pains after travel.Thanks for a relaxing weekend!"

"The room was beautiful. The ad on VRBO just shows a not so great picture of the bed. But the space is so much larger and it's very very nice and there's a screened in porch and a hot tub which we didn't know very nice I would definitely stay there again!"

"We stayed here for a family wedding held at the Mallard Estate in LBI. We were 6 minutes from the venue. Check in was at 3pm the directions to access the property was emailed to me the night before. This made the check in process easy. Check out was at 10am which I think is a little too early. I wish it was 12pm. The beds were comfortable. We had to bring our own sheets and blankets. I recommend bringing your own pillows. We made great memories around the fire pit."

"We had a wonderful stay! The property was excellent and honestly even better than we expected. Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for our trip. The host was fantastic and very easy to communicate with. They were responsive, helpful, and made the entire experience go smoothly. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely recommend this property to others. We can’t wait to come back next year!"
