"Had a great stay here! Hotel is stylish, full of charisma, and very well-situated -- close to bars, restaurants, museums, and other attractions. The bar had a great vibe for a late-night cocktail, and the room was huge and comfortable. We had an issue with the shower in our room (the drain was clogged and caused the floor to flood). A team member addressed it immediately and had it fixed within minutes. In general the staff were wonderful and helpful..."
