"OK for one night"

"Such an historic beautiful old hotel in Solvorn, Norway for our last stay before leaving the country. We just so happened to arrive the evening of the biggest storm in the last 25 years and our room was right in front of the ferry/dock to see all the action. As we arrived later in the day we were too exhausted to dine there so they brought us nice sandwiches and champagne upon arrival too."

"Clean cabin however the WiFi did not work in the cabin. You have to purchase both the bed sheets and the towels in a bundle and cannot purchase just one. This was not clearly written in the description. Also you had to buy a token to take a 5 min shower which I was not aware of based on the description. "

"This is a charming family run hotel. My biggest complaint is that the Internet was poor at best. It seemed like they tried to save money and strange places like not refilling this soap in the shower. The shower took a long time to get hot water. Maybe being on the top floor limited These things. The restaurant only had one course each night and if you didn’t like it, you were out of luck. It has a lot of potential but miss the Mark. It almost will be better. Run as a B&B. If you need it for location, this is a fine place to stay, which is why we were here."

"The rooms are very rustic (but it is a campground so I wouldn't expect much different). The breakfast was great and plentiful, which was awesome for our family who left right after to go on a white water rafting trip, so to have had breakfast handled for us was wonderful. "

"We had a fantastic stay. Such a beautiful apartment which felt so homely and a brilliant view too! We did lots of walks up to the glaciers and enjoyed our week with my brother who lives just down the road. The host was friendly and accommodating with every request. We also had a 20 month old and he provided a Highchair, pram and cot bed which was ever so helpful and made the stay so easy. Thank you :) "
