"I stayed many times at this hotel a few year ago when it was called “Zleep Hotel” and had good experience. but this time it was disappointing because the shower was broken that I couldn’t take the shower. I showed the staff the photo of broken hose and I had to check out for my appointment. however no has had reached me after almost 3 weeks for this issue, even though the staff promised they would. "

"We stayed in a Pirate room. It was clean and cleaned daily. The staff were very friendly. Lots of things for children to do in the hotel, daily competitions, Lego to play with and other games. Breakfast had a large range of foods for all. We walked from the airport, about 30mins. I would recommend this hotel for your Lego stay in Billund. It is next door to Legoland and the Lego Castle hotel. It is a 10-15min walk to Lego House and Billund town centre. Also 5 min walk to Lalandia waterpark."

"Værelset var virkelig pænt, rent og rummeligt. Det var resten af hotellet i øvrigt også. De ansatte var super imødekommende, og det fungerede virkelig fint med adgang til hotellet og værelset med den tilsendte kode."

"5 star all the way! Our room was cozy and clean clean clean .The beds were extra comfy with nice down duvets. The staff were so nice and so friendly. Our waitress told us a little about the hotel which was very interesting . The Restaurant was our highlight of our stay .. from the homemade bread and the delicious butter ! I had the most amazing steak with homemade potatoes with glazed carrots and vegetables. I had the best steak I have ever eaten .We can’t wait to stay there again ! And so convenient to get to the airport. I might add there is a grocery store right next door. Thank you for a great experience! "Staff were pretty brusk and a bit short with us at the front desk. Refused to let us check in til - exactly - 4pm even though they let others check in prior no questions asked. Room was so warm so it was difficult to sleep, even with all the windows open and the thermostat on 0. Probably would stay at the Best Western next time, the room is smaller but much better experience."
