Extremely poor customer service particularly at reception in night shift. Staff were rude, dismissive and unprofessional, and the hotel’s response to our complaint was equally unsatisfactory. No meaningful action was taken to address our concerns. We felt disrespected as guests and would not recommend this hotel.

Wonderful stay at The Langham this weekend.
The staff are fantastic especially Rodrigo on reception who just makes you feel so welcome!! A credit to the hotel.
Room was nice and bed super comfortable and room and bathroom cleaned spotlessly daily.
Overall everything you’d expect of one of the top hotels in London.
Highly recommended for a central London stay.
