"We booked for a base as an Easter getaway with walks from the doorstep. It was Perfect, the property has allocated packing right outside the front door, it was clean, everything we needed was there! A lovely garden area to sit and relax in the sunshine with a glass of wine after a long walk in the dales! The property was in a quiet courtyard/lane just a few steps away from the main Grassington Square! Would definitely return."

Very comfy beds and the views!! Beautiful! The little garden was perfect on the sunny Sunday! Grassington is my favorite place and the locals are super friendly. Beautiful walks and even a swim in the river! We loved it!"

"We stayed for a week in February and didn’t want to leave. The Cottage is a home away from home and has everything we needed and much more. The kitchen had everything needed for us to cook each day. The log burner was a special treat. Great WiFi and TV, very comfortable bed and nice and warm central heating. Neil and Sharon were fantastic hosts and we really enjoyed their advice and friendly chats! Can’t wait to return!"

"Beautiful cosy and comfortable cottage ideally situated in the glorious setting of Grassington. Local pubs and food were great. People very friendly and welcoming. Stunning scenery and even managed to see Wharfdale play rugby on Saturday (yes they won). Would definitely come back, almost forgot an epic trip to Wensleydale to the cheese makers. Absolutely fascinating and lots of cheese purchased"

Skipton is a big town close by with everything you need, and there are wonderful walking tracks everywhere. We loved our stay."

"A lovely cosy cottage with everything you need for a walking holiday. Plenty of info from the helpful owner who came around to explain things shortly after I arrived. A short walk to the station. Parking OK outside cottage as long as you have a relatively small car (larger cars can park further down the lane I think). All in all an excellent cottage."

"We booked the cottage for 8 to celebrate some family birthdays. Overall we had a great stay but there are a few things that could do with a little attention. Positives: a great location, well equipped kitchen and comfy beds. The open plan living, kitchen and dining area were perfect for a sociable family weekend. "Property was lovely but we were trapped in for 3 days as we had snow that turned into ice and the hill up and down to the Property was farr too dangerous with ice to go any where , and the 3 steps up to the cottage were so icy abd dangerous it would of been good to know before that this can happen and some grit or salt left outside Property or somewhere in kilnsey but none how we didnt slip i have no idea , so please beware and keep safe just wish we had known as missed out on seeing so many...

"Fabulous property right by the village centre with easy access to excellent walking right from the doorstep. The barn is lovely with all mod cons and facilities. There’s ample space to sit and chill both inside and out. The pub is next door and river walks within 2 minutes. Our group of friends loved it."
