Tout d’abord, la salle de bain n’était pas propre à mon arrivée, avec notamment des épluchures de graines de tournesol au sol. Par ailleurs, le soir, il n'y avait que des draps légers et lorsque j’ai demandé des couvertures, le réceptionniste de nuit m’a répondu qu’il ne pouvait me fournir des couvertures prétextant de l'absence des femmes de ménage. Il m’a donc conseillé de baisser la climatisation. Cependant, cela a rendu la chambre trop chaude, et en ouvrant la fenêtre, les moustiques sont entrés en nombre, rendant la nuit inconfortable. Je trouve ces désagréments inacceptables pour un établissement de votre standing et j’espère que vous prendrez les mesures nécessaires pour éviter de telles situations à l’avenir.

La salle de bain est dégoûtante, très sale ! De plus, nous avions une fuite provenant du plafond ( donc de l’eau qui tombe h24 ) sans dépannage ou changement de chambre. Concernant la télévision, elle se déconnecte sans arrêt, et le technicien de l’hôtel ne se rends pas disponible pour la clientèle Nous n’avons pas trouvé le personne aimable et au service de nos besoins pendant notre séjour, je vous le déconseille

Chambre spacieuse et lit très confortable. Le restaurant propose de délicieux repas en plus d’un service au top. Hôtel excentre et un peu loin du centre. Bon rapport qualité-prix.
