Enjoy this peaceful cottage with a park like setting on the Rifle River. Take in beautiful views of the river and wildlife.

We have several kayaks that guests can use to enjoy a relaxing trip down the river or one of the several lakes nearby.

There are two fire pits, a larger one by the river and one next to the house with firewood provided for your use.

The house is beautiful furnished, with a fully equipped kitchen. There are two comfortable queen beds and twin bunk bends with plenty of room for all to enjoy.

Great stay on the river

We had a great time staying on the river house was well equipped. My grand kids loved being able to kayack or fish. The fire pit by the river was very nice plenty of chairs and wood. We will definitely be back!

This was our second time staying at this beautiful property in just six months—and once again, it did not disappoint! The setting along the Rifle River is absolutely peaceful, quiet, and stunning—exactly the kind of getaway we were looking for. The place is spotless and incredibly well-kept, with everything you need for a relaxing stay.What truly sets this VRBO apart, though, are the hosts. They are hands-down the best we've ever had—friendly, welcoming, and incredibly responsive. Any time we had a question or small concern, they replied almost instantly, making us feel completely taken care of.We’re already looking forward to our next trip back. We loved our stay at Kellie’s house. It has beautiful views of the river in the back and the house is so cozy. She was very attentive and responded to all our questions. I highly recommended staying at this beautiful property and home!

Great Get-Away

A great place to just get away from everything. The house was very well kept with all needed amenities. The kids loved the water access and fire pits. An hour drive brings you to plenty of options to enjoy yourself.

We really enjoyed our stay here and would love to come back. House was super clean and beds were so comfy. It is a beautiful area right on the Rifle River. We loved fishing and hanging out by the water.

Third Time is a Charm!

We just love this home more each time we stay! So comfortable and relaxing. The 'feel like' temperature outside was '14' but the home was warm and cozy. We watched the wildlife attracted to the bird feeder as well as the flowing river. Everything imaginable to prepare and cook a large meal.Thanks for renting to us.

Peaceful and relaxing!

Everything was wonderful at this house! Having the water right outside was a huge plus and provided fun during the day thanks to the ample supply of kayaks. We loved the firepit at night and appreciate the supply of firewood. The inside decor is charming, kitchen has everything you need, beds were cozy, and couch was comfy. Our family of five (including three teenagers) were all very happy with our time here and would return again.

Guys fishing trip.

Property was in a nice location on the river and had plenty of room and indoor and actually activities. After our fishing trip everything was there you have an enjoyable evening without needing to go anywhere.

Peaceful Winter Retreat

Cabin is located on prime spot with beautiful view of the Rifle River. Cozy and quiet; exceptionally clean; well-stocked kitchen; beds very comfortable. Rained on and off the whole time, but it we still enjoyed campfires at night, and the raindrops falling on the river added to the serenity of this beautiful cabin. Highly recommend; will return this summer or fall to enjoy the river.

Perfect week!

We try to get this place every summer for 3 or 4 nights just to kick back and unwind. It never disappoints! Its a great stay. The beds are clean and comfortable the house in its self is very clean outside activities are for the whole family and very enjoyable! This is my go to, to get away from!

Lots of wildlife to be seen

We had a wonderful, relaxing time. The property and home were exactly as described in ad and then some. Great place for family time and enough to keep my grand-daughters busy. We saw an eagle, deer, chipmunks, a family of geese, ducks and more. Loved the campfires by the river!

Perfect place to relax and enjoy nature

The property was awesome. It was extremely clean and listing was spot on in description. We enjoyed the Rifle River along the back of the property and the multiple fire pits. It was so quiet and relaxing it was just what we all needed for a perfect fall weekend getaway. Besides the campfire and river the available kayaks were the next best thing. Kellie and Eugene were great hosts and and responded quickly and promptly to any questions prior to booking and after booking. The place was great and we as a family are already talking about going back at some point in the near future.
