"Dated rooms, no usb port options, shower head dripped all night, no elevator to 2nd floor, very loud car starting and idling outside our room until late in the night. Breakfast was bare continental but the staff was pleasant. Strong smell of incense in the lobby. "

"This hotel has been run down considerably in the past 4 yrs I’ve been traveling to the area. I’ve stayed here multiple times and it keep getting worse. This time the office chair was literally broken and threw me into the floor. When I went to call the front desk, the phone wasn’t working so I had to go down there. Their solution was to simply take a chair from the room next door. Lots of sketchy ppl staying there as well. "

"I found the property easily. Decent neighborhood close to NWMS. I should have known when I pulled in the drive. There was a broken screen on the side door. I went to the front door where the screen door is broken and you have to use a key hole lock at the top of the screen to secure it which is not safe. A newer electronic lock is on main door. Dropped off stuff while I did stuff with daughter. Came back to go to bed & pulled down sheets to reveal bodily fluid and/or those type stains on the sheets. I went to the second bedroom and it looked like snot on the sheets. Unacceptable & messaged owner who would bring over new sheets and I declined. That would not have cleaned the mattress cover or ??!! Just nasty!! Caulk around the tub. Broken toilet paper holder. I asked for a refund and thankfully found a room at a hotel. "

"This was the perfect place for our big group. House was big, had plenty of room, and very clean. The host was awesome and super fast with responses. We had the chance for some bad weather and tornadoes one night we were staying there and the host responded to my questions very fast and gave me all the information we needed to make sure we could get to shelter. Would definitely book again next year."
