We were just in town for an overnight stay and it was the perfect place for my husband, my mother and I to stay. It had the perfect setup with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious sitting area, cozy kitchen we used to make morning coffee before hitting the road for another day's drive further south for the winter. We loved it and look forward to booking this property again in the future as we travel through.
Great place to stay! Walked to the local eatery for breakfast and enjoyed the area. Loft was fun and comfortable in April but the back bedroom will probably need its own A/C unit when the summer hits! Because it was a little stuffy for us with the door shut (especially after showering since the bath is more open concept. That was our only negative. The beds were top quality as well as the bath towels and bedding! Very happy and would visit again !
Attentive to our needs when a power outage the night before affected the ability to gain Internet access and stop the refrigerator from beeping also due to the power outage.
great bed, but thought we were getting a king. The kitchen really doesn't match the room. Not much counter space but you could make a full meal, then eat on the floor or the bed. A table and a couple of chairs would be good. At lease another chair, one chair for each person, and maybe tv trays. need more towel racks and another trash can, and a small armoire for clothing would be good.We loved the building and the room, it was very clean. We also loved being on the main drag in town, we felt very secure on the property. We loved that you told us some history of the building. And if it was me, I wouldn't have a room 13, I would skip that number and name it 14. The number didn't bother us really, but could bother some, and that room had a desirable location in the building.Mostly we loved the great value of this property. thanks.
