"Clean, friendly , very helpful , polite staff ,... Found the front door code key for the lock a bit hit & miss sometimes (don't know if the sensor is old)? . Found the apartment & hotel room nice to have a coffee machine! Also lovely & really nice to have soft Egyptian cotton sheets & two big pillows each.. & very much appreciated the free breakfast selection of croissants cheese & sliced meat!... Thank you, & Hope to come & visit again :)"

"We enjoyed our short two night stay in the van. Had no trouble finding the van. Dog loved the veranda sitting there chatting to the neighbours dogs. Short walk to the shop-morrisons. And a nice walk into ingoldmells. Everything you need for a few nights is in the caravan. Didn't really use the kitchen utensils so can't comment. One negative thing is, the beds weren't very comfy, we made do for two nights but gave me back ache after the second night. It wouldn't stop me from returning. Woody's bar short walk where the entertainment and decent-ish food is. Plenty of security patroling"

"Excellent value for money, had everything we could possibly need. Hosts where friendly. Absolutely nothing to complain about at all. Close to the town centre and beach. Parking is available here in a small carpark, or on the road directly outside. Will more than likely be staying again."

"AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This place is a scam we arrived to find no staff to be seen. There were people sleeping on the floor as they could also not check in! Phoned the number on the front of the hotel it went to a carpet shop in the area, the carpet shop owner told us he gets calls daily with people having the same issue, apparently he has reported the hotel himself as sick of all the calls. Slept in the van and went back the next day to find a lady in reception who said she was just the cleaner and would not issue a refund! Still trying to get money back now though Hotels.com who also have no way of speaking to anyone when in this situation just the awful virtual assistant that is beyond useless."

"I like it because its cheap and a comfortable stay . And everything within walking distance, Staff friendly . This the second visit while working in skegness. And will be back in near future. Its good for me . "
