"The host was amazing. He was so communicative, safe and welcoming. I believe sometimes when visiting a new city there are worries and fears but the host went out of their way to give amazing recommendations, amazing help and was responsive to whatever we needed. "Personally I don’t see what people are complaining about in other reviews. For the price this place is amazing and a perfect location in Pristina. The staff was very friendly too. Sure it’s not the Ritz but I have stayed in much worse places that cost significantly more. The bed was honestly one of the most comfortable of my whole trip and there was even a nice balcony. The bathroom could have been better but it was fine. I definitely recommend hotel park for budget travelers. If you’re a snob though stay somewhere else "

"Excellent location close to shops and major landmarks in Pristina. Very accessible and walkable. The front desk reception is very welcoming and accomodating. The room was clean and spacious. The room also had a stove, cookingware, water heater. Overall I would highly recommend. I will stay here again when I come back to Pristina! "
