8/10 Good
"The lobby was historic. Had nice 3 large windows in the room but only one would open and it didn’t have a screen so flies/bugs could come in. Limited outlets so a power strip would have been helpful. A clock on the wall or by the bedside would have been nice. Hand towels were given but no where to hang the hand towel so it had to be kept on the sink and would fall in the sink basin. Beautiful front porches but no chairs or benches to enjoy the porch. TV was provided but not listing of channels to see what was available. The coffee/tea area was only in main lobby and not in each building. There was a sign that could be put on the door knob requesting Maid Service and we had it on the know before we left at 9am and we got back at 3pm and it had not been service. Trash was not emptied, bed not made and clean towels were not provide. My husband had to go to the main lobby and request clean towels. The buildings were historic and general upkeep had not been provided in a long time. Old paint was peeling and needed some care because of the age. With conveniences and upkeep you would have more guests."
