As a person who manages a team in the hospitality industry I would be so embarrassed if any of my staff ever treated a guest with such disrespect. "

"Great room, great breakfast and staff. The check-in procedure was odd, as there's no office onsite nor is the hotel name on the building. You'll need to make appointment to meet with the hotel owner for him to give you your key and code."
