We had a nice stay at Villa Tereza. The property and pool are beautiful. The bedrooms are well set up, although we found the kitchens were a bit small to cook meals for 10 people in. We had a few small issues that were quickly resolved by the owners.

The air conditioning did not work! People below were partying hard at midnight. Couldn’t open windows because of the yelling. Couldn’t cool down.

The hotel service was excellent, especially the breakfast, which was very generous. The staff were warm, friendly, and attentive. The hotel's location was excellent, close to the bus station, making it convenient to explore the city.

Everything was perfect. The only thing which can be better is the noise by the neighbours. I have two children and one of them is 2 years old and due to the noise by neighbours it was difficult to sleep during the night.

Great room in a great location. Had all the amenities, spacious, vaulted ceiling, quiet and comfortable. But best of all was Nina, the manager, who was welcoming, informative, and super helpful. Can’t wait to return.
