Exclusive villa with open planning, built 2009 located in Björboholm on a high situated cape with a grand view over the beautiful lake Mjörn.
The villa is very well equipped. Wood floring with underwood heating in all rooms. Three fully tiled
bathrooms. The largest bathroom with a sauna and separate toilette. The kitchen is integrated with the living room, a total of app 90 m2. The kitchen is fully equipped with Miele appliances. The living room has an open fireplace and exit on to a large terrace facing south and the lake. The terrace runs around three sides of the villa and has a beautiful bricked fireplace. Five bedrooms with total 8 beds. Media center with music through out the house and also speakers on the terrace. Wi-Fi. Carport for 2 cars.
Fishing; Mjörn is one of Sweden´s major lakes and very rich in fish
Boat; rowing boat and a canoe are available (motor can be rented)
Boathouse with fish cleaning facilities and running water
Golf; tventytwo 18 hole golf-courses within 60 min. by car

Wunderbares Ferienhaus
Das Ferienhaus ist wunderbar am See gelegen und sehr gut ausgestattet. Auch wenn mal schlechtes Wetter sein sollte, kann man es dort mit der Sauna und viel Platz gut aushalten. Sehr schön sind die beiden Kamine, vor allem der Kamin auf der Terrasse, der es auch bei kühlen Temperaturen ermöglicht, lange draußen zu sitzen. Die Küche ist hervorragend und mit qualitativ sehr guten Geräten bestückt. Der Blick aus dem Haus und von der Terrasse ist phantastisch.

Tolles Haus, toller Spot!
Das war ein ganz toller Urlaub. Magnus und sein Vater wiesen uns zu Beginn in alles Notwendige ein. Keine Fragen blieben offen. Das Haus ist der Wahnsinn. Alles sauber, mega geräumig, alles Wichtige in der Küche - genial! Die Umgebung ist ruhig, zwei weitere Ferienhäuser und ein Wohnhaus auf dem Gelände stören überhaupt nicht. Die Privatsphäre ist jederzeit gegeben. Leider hatten wir zwei Wochen schlechtes Wetter mit viel Wind und Regen. Deswegen kam der anvisierte Angelurlaub etwas zu kurz. Der See ist sehr groß, weswegen man nicht bei jedem Wetter rausfahren kann. Insgesamt eine schöne Erfahrung mit sehr netten Gastgebern und Nachbarn. Herzlichen Dank und alles Liebe!!

Wir durften das wunderschöne Haus von Magnus für unseren Urlaub nutzen und dabei wurden unsere Erwartungen weit übertroffen. Das Haus bietet alles was man sich wünscht! Eine wundervolle Ausstattung eine bezaubernde Lage und noch vieles mehr. Es ist einen Besuch wert! Vielen Dank!

Es war alles Super! Unkomplizierte Buchung. Bei Fragen haben wir sehr schnell eine Antwort vom Vermieter erhalten. Der Riesenvorteil für uns war auch, dass er deutsch spricht. Das Haus und die Umgebung ist ein Traum! Wir haben uns sehr Wohl und Willkommen gefühlt. Unser Urlaub war wunderschön und wir würden immer wieder das Haus buchen!

Erstklassiges Ferienhaus in exklusiver Lage
Dieses in modernen Architektur gebaute Ferienhaus "Villa Buaholm" überzeugte uns vom ersten Tag an durch seine rundum hochwertige, exklusive Ausstattung: angefangen von der großen, erstklassig ausgestatteten Küche mit sehr viel Arbeitsfläche über die geräumigen Bäder inkl. Sauna bis hin zum behaglichen Wohnbereich mit großem SAT-TV - und als Highlight die riesengroße Terasse um 3 seiten des Hauses mit einem überwältigenden Blick auf den See - es geht kaum besser! Auch die Betreuung vorort durch die Inhaber-Familie war sehr zuvorkommend und stets freudlich. Mit dem Auto in 10 Minuten zum Lebensmittelmarkt, in 20 Minuten in die Stadt Alingsas mit großer Fußgängerzone und allen Geschäften, die man sich wünschen kann, und zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten mitten im Wald mit viel Natur. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
