Open WELL-APPOINTED KITCHEN. All BATHROOMS with WALK-IN showers. Covered upper and lower decks furnished to relax, dine, grill, or play cornhole in a PRIVATE setting. Lower deck with FIREPIT TABLE, inside lower level includes game/dining table, cozy seating area, games, and TV, plus bedroom (2 queen) and bathroom.
Enjoy morning coffee with sunrise and sunset evenings on a DOUBLE DECKER DOCK. PADDLEBOARD and KAYAKS.Bennington TRITOON available for rent via separate agreement.

Beautiful home...very spacious...bedrooms and baths on each of 3 levels...very clean with modern furniture....hostess very responsive. All normal amenities provided. Property has a boat house. Rental of the pontoon boat is possible. Talk to the hostess. Would definitely stay here again.

Awesome stay for graduation weekend

My extended family had a wonderful weekend at this property celebrating the Clemson graduations for both my daughter and niece. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the beautiful views from the deck. Although the weather did not cooperate 100%, we were still able to rent a book for one day. It was nice to be able to park it at the dock and take a break for lunch. Cathy was quick to respond to any questions we had during the weekend. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed this beautiful home on magnificent Lake Keowee for a long weekend and Clemson tailgate. The home was perfectly clean and stocked - they really did think of everything. Amazing sunsets. The owners were helpful and super easy to work with. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful house, amazing lake. Really fantastic to have the boat available to rent. Much better pricing than renting from a marina and you must rent a boat on this beautiful lake. House is well appointed with multiple outdoor areas on a quiet and calm cove. Highly recommend

Another wonderful lake stay!

This was our third year to stay at this beautiful home that has everything you need for a family gathering or celebration. The lake views and porch are amazing, and we love the double decker dock! Being able to rent the owner's boat makes this place unique and so convenient. We highly recommend Cathy's lake house; she is wonderful to work with and goes out of her way to ensure your visit is special!

The best family vacation ever!

Everything about our time in this home was absolutely perfect! The hosts have thought of everything, and have it readily available to use. They are super responsive and very helpful. Such a Relaxing Wonderful Home!

Our family met our son at the VRBO during a recent holiday. He recently accepted a job in Greenville, and was not sure of his time off, so we decided this would be nice place to meet and chill and be together over a holiday. The house has every amenity one could think of! Beautiful views from every room! The home is immaculate. The view of the lake is stunning. I would highly recommend this property. Communication with the owner was wonderful and efficient.

Just what we wanted and needed!

Cathy is a terrific host! Communication was clear and prompt. We rented her pontoon boat as well for the week. We had a great time at the house. Extremely well organized with labels on everything made it even easier to stay there. We did get our exercise going up and down to the dock but then it was all with it. Would love to come back with some friends for a future stay!

Wonderful Lake House

This was our third stay at this property. Our family group consisted of two adult couples and one teenager. The house is spacious with a well-stocked kitchen. If not on the boat, we spent the majority of our time on the upper outdoor deck which is large and furnished comfortably and has beautiful views. Everyone complimented the comfortable beds. We cooked most of our meals, although the Lighthouse restaurant was a decent nearby option. The walk down to the dock was a bit of a hike, but good exercise! We did have an issue with the deck not being clean when we arrived, but that was handled quickly and efficiently by the owners. The owners provide beach towels and plenty of bathroom and cleaning supplies. We are already talking about going back!

we loved our stay! - Cathy was very easy to communicate with and the whole check-in/out was a breeze. - the house is definitely private to its neighbors and the views from every angle were fantastic. seeing the water from the loft and porches was awesome for morning coffee. - there was ample room to cook, eat, and lounge. - I personally enjoyed taking the kayak into the calmer waters to the right every day, and we generally enjoyed all the floaties and the double-decker dock. - would highly recommend renting the pontoon along with it—we took it out every day to the various little beaches, we tubed, and saw a very nice sunset on the open water. - my only "ehh" note: while it's gorgeous and comfortable, the loft bedroom is not private, noise-wise. sounds from above the bedroom and bathroom definitely carry into the main room. may be a non-issue for some groups!

What a perfect place to spend a week relaxing

We are sending our oldest to Clemson and decided to take a week at lake Keowee to spend our "last" vacation and get to know the area a little better before she left. Lake Keowee is isolated, a little less than an hour from Greenville. But wow. The home is incredibly clean, well laid out and has everything you need. The open floor plan and large table were perfect for game night. A fantastic grill with a smartly placed ring toss made grilling the nights meal a fun family event. The beds were comfortable, the baths modern and clean. Our other daughter is a high school junior, but the set up with the room with two beds and an entire seating area on the bottom floor would be perfect for those bringing younger kids that could have thier own "area" while adults hung out upstairs. The best part for us was the upper deck porch that was among the foliage of the trees. One could look between the red and white oaks, walnuts, and see down on the lake. It was just an incredible place to begin the day with coffee and end with cabernet. But as great as the house was, lake Keowee stole the show. I highly suggest renting the boat if you are competent. The boat was the gateway to all the beaches, the waterfalls, and the house fantasizing! Lake Keowee is a gem. I think this is a great value and we truly had a great vacation. Cathy is an excellent communicator, even to the point of labeling just about everything so there is no confusion :). Two thumbs up, 5 stars, etc!

This is an awesome property, Good location, scenic views, and very well furnished for all needs. Several decks and multilevel dock from which to enjoy the lake. House has a very private and secluded feel for being in a neighborhood.
