Very small but serviceable for one.

Quarters are pretty tiny. Bathroom doesn't have room for a sink. But one has everything that one needs except an ice cube tray. I substituted muffin cups. Everything in working order and neat and clean. Very close to downtown Sitka. I am uncertain I would try to squeeze two people. The single bed looks that there is a trundle underneath but I did not try to see how that works.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were in Sitka for fishing. We had 4 guys and rented all 4 cottages. Everyone liked having their own unit. We have stayed there several times and have always found them to be clean, in a great location, with excellent on-site management. We highly recommend this property.

Very unique and special studio to stay in while visiting. Kitchen is well equipped and spacious. Bathroom is small but to be expected. Wonderful and peaceful place - much better than a hotel. Definitely recommend!!

Wonderful Cottage!!

My husband and I stayed for 10 days and would have stayed longer if they had not been booked. When we needed some spices, Tess the owner, gave us some to use and was very gracious! Great location! Perfect for walking to downtown!

Cottages are convenient to town

The cottage was perfect for my work stay. Tess was very accommodating to my late arrival. Cottages are small, but cozy, and are equipped with everything you need. Everything is within walking distance from the cottages. This has become my new base when I am in Sitka for work. Thank you Tess, Bryan
