"One of and handful of hotels in Sitka. The room was clean, comfortable, and somewhat dated. It is expensive for what is offered but all of Alaska is. My only issue was that the room was supposed to come with breakfast. They had in room coffee but that’s it. "

"my sisters visited Sitka for our fist time to celebrate birthdays. What a beautiful part of the country! Our accommodations were perfect. The view from the home is exceptional. We enjoyed sitting outdoors having coffee in a comfy living area. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. There was plenty of room for six adults. "Heavenly. The views to the South (especially!) and West to the Ocean were magic. The property was clean and comfortable; the kitchen was well-stocked; the garage provided a welcome space to charge and secure our rented e-bikes. We had a marvelous visit to beautiful Sitka. Christine was kind and accommodating to permit us to leave our luggage in the unit well past check out to facilitate a late flight. 5 Star!"

"We arived in the middle of the night and check in was easy. The neighborhood was quiet so we could sleep in the next morning. The apartment was comfy and well furnished. We could easily walk the 15 to 17 minutes it took to get to downtown Sitka.We enjoyed the historic park full of totem poles; and the BEAK restauramt was fanbulous! It was a nice prelude to the small ship cruise the next day."

"We were fortunate enough to have some sunshiney days on our visit. Sitka was spectacular and easy to explore on your own, renting a bike to get to hikes… no rental car needed. Quiet apartment except for road noise and easy access to downtown. Highly recommend Back Door Cafe for coffee and homemade bagels and pastries."
