Villa detached in a complex of traditional architecture, built with stone on a hillside rocky slope overlooking the vast Cretan sea. In front of the house there are two rocky beaches, one with huge plane trees and a natural spring of water and mountains stretching out to the sea, the "Panagia Faneromeni" monastery, the gorge of "Agioi Pantes" etc. The city of Sitia is 6 Km away, where you will find shops, supermarkets, traditional taverns, bars and sandy beach.

The traditional architecture of the area with large outdoor yards, built on the hillside in the beauty of the wild landscape of Cretan land, combined with the endless blue of the sea that stretches in front of you makes the place unique. Beautifully presented, well equipped villa with Breathtaking views -

After some difficulty with directions found the villa in stunning location. Very comfortable and attractive place to stay. Host was very helpful, guiding us to nearest shop and the villa in person.

Atemberaubend

Maria und Giannis sind einfach wundervoll. Wir sind von ihnen spitzenmäßig versorgt worden und es fehlte an nichts. Das Haus und die Anlage sind einfach ein Traum. Die Strände sind zu Fuß gut zu erreichen und haben kristallklares türkises Wasser. Mit unserm Mietwagen konnten wir die tolle Umgebung Sitia erkunden. Vielen Dank nochmal für Eure wundervolle Gastfreundlichkeit.

Sehr komfortabel, einsame Badestelle in der Nähe, Ausblick aufs Meer

Als Erstes möchte ich eine Anfahrhilfe geben, da die Lage bei Fewo-direkt ncht korrekt beschrieben ist und es auch keine Adresse gibt: 35.21916188777539, 26.07087396630351 Im Streetview sieht das Ganze etwas unfertig aus, und das ist es auch: Es sind nur 2 der geplanten ca. 6 Ferienwohnungen fertig. Nicht irritieren lassen! Die beiden Wohnungen sind einmalig! Sehr komfortabel, mit großzügigen Außenbereichen, Blick auf das Mittelmeer, und alles ganz einsam. Die beiden kleinen Strände sind zu Fuß erreichtbar, meist ist gar keiner dort. Tipp: Der nahegelegene Strand hat Sand, wenn man wenige Schritte im Wasser ist. Sitia ist ca. 10 mit dem Auto Minuten entfernt, dort kann man einkaufen und klassisches Urlauberfeeling mit Tavernen und bewirtschaftetem Strand erleben. Es gibt viel Ausflugsziele in der Umgebung, verpasst den Palmenstarnd von Vai nicht.

Aunque la casa no se encuentra en una población, su ubicación tiene mucho encanto por las vistas de las que se pueden disfrutar desde cualquier parte de la casa. De los propietarios destacar su amabilidad y disposición a ofrecer su ayuda para lo que hiciera falta.
